You'd have to be a YouTube partner. Read up about it here: http://www.youtube.com/partners In order to become a YouTube partner, you have to apply. In order to qualify you need to have original videos made with original content (no copyright infringement!), a large fan following (lots of subscribers), and popular videos (lots of views). Check out other YouTube partners to see what YouTube is looking for, and then try to incorporate that into the videos you make and you just might get approved.

well you could apply for to youtube, but your videos must have a lot of viewers first.
