For you, what is the right age the women or men get married? mostly, I always saw young girl today getting pregnant and in that age they are getting married. I think, for me, the right is of the girl is 20's up and the men is 25's up.what do you think?

Marriage comes with thoughts of having a child. 25 is the right age to bring up children, you still understand generations lower than you and ways of how older generation brings up children. More chances to be a cool mum and a very responsible mum.

Men , can't have any permanent job in that age. how can they support their family like that? I think mostly in our country women married in that age.

Getting married and starting a family are two very different things.
Marriage is a legal contract for an existing long-term commitment. I think a lot of younger people don't actually understand marriage. They think that getting married validates and solidifies a relationship when it doesn't do anything of the sort. Being married does not safeguard you against relationship problems, life problems or "prove" that the other person is committed to you. It absolutely does not mean that you will be together forever. Getting married doesn't change anything but your legal status. I think people have to be aware of these realities before they should consider getting married. I think the absolute youngest age for either gender is 21.
Having children is a completely different matter altogether.

yeah, you have a point. Even at young age if a man and a woman have their job that is permanent and they think they can support and raise a family , it is okay right? But, in married, the both partners will understand each other's weaknesses and they must ready for the circumstances come.
