Internet surfing is my hobby. Many unknown things can be learnt from internet. But after surfing long long time the computer becomes freezes. So, computer hangs is a major problem for internet surfers. Any idea to get rid from this computer freezes problem will be highly appreciated.

There is a high probability that heat is responsible for this problem.
Many computer systems, especially the old models which tend to have low specifications, suffer from an increase in temperature after long periods of use. When was the last time you cleaned the fans, at least the fan attached to the CPU?
There are also RAM modules which also overheat after a few hours of heavy continuous use.
If yours is an old system change it to a new one if it is possible. Heat resistant RAM modules cost more, but if you can afford it, they are worth the money.
I have not touched on other possibilities which have already been mentioned by others before me.

i agree with this one, does the freeze happens in the exact spot like on opening a program or in random?
if its in random, try checking your power supply the one in the cpu not the one in your house

Hi! .. It's always a good thing to delete temp files in your computer. Close your browser, hit RUN from the start button, then type TEMP to clear your Windows temp folder, delete all the files that you can. Try also deletinmg the files you see when you open your local temp folder, same step mentioned earlier but this time type in %TEMP%. Empty your recycle bin, and surf away! ..

Before do something with the hardware search for virus and spyware, it could be the reason for slow connection and even for freezes, run a full scan of your antivirus software, and use some good anti-spyware like "spybot" and "malwarebytes antimalware".
Then make a clean of the system with Ccleaner, and don't use internet explorer change it for another browser.
If this don't help, we can start to search hardware problems...
good luck.

Hi! I recommend that you upgrade your Memory maybe a bit higher because every thing you do to your computer such as surfing the net eats up a lot of memory to use! There are cheap memory to buy now a days.
