Ps Jail break real or not??

Hey guys!I have been researching on how to hack a ps3 and I came across this thing called Ps jail break which hacks your ps3 and has a 100% chance of no bricking and does not void your warranty still very scared that it will cause harm to my ps3 but free games is kinda worth.I don't like that it cost a hundred dollars or some where in that price range.I still don't know when its going to come out hopefully soon.
