Its not after you hit 100, you have to get words rated correctly (usually you have to hit $5 unless they changed the amount). Once you hit that amount, you should receive a message stating that you have to be qualified to rate more words. At that point you should be able to cash out. From what I understand they are really backed up in qualifying new users. Since I joined before the rush, I was approved in minutes.

I've signed up in this as well but I was having problems in accessing it days ago so I stopped visiting it. When I logged in about an hour ago, I was able to get through but I think they've already changed their policy in terms of earning. No words to rate when I was done with just 25 items because as per the site, they still need to qualify my work. I'll wait what happens next. Hopefully it won't take months. :) @gloryacam: I didn't even reached the $2 level before because of the same issue you're having now. Try again sometime this afternoon. Hopefully, you'll be redirected back to the ratings page.

I've been paid my first 2$ there, but now, I cannot even go to my account. When I access my account, it directs me to my profile asking me to update my account, but when I hit the update button, it just freezes. I don't know what to think of it.
