On neobux forum. What does the ORANGE lock means?

I started a topic on neobux forum about 2 weeks ago. I am just new on PTC forums. And then today I noticed my topic has an orange lock icon pinned into it. What does it mean? Anyone encountered this before?

i know i have read it in neobux. correct me if i am wrong. it has something to do in retaining the referral in case they become inactive for a long time. so neobux wont discard them. or replace them. thank you all. all the people here in mylot are very helpful.

Hey i never used neobux.. so i can't say anything about Orange lock.. i think you can get very soon your answers..
