Nowadays, I rarely have time to read books. So when an opportunity comes up (like a lull at work, meaning no overtime for me), I try to read. And, since I have e-books, I read them from my phone when I'm traveling or stuck in traffic.

No, but I make the time. Technically with all that's on my plate right now, I really shouldn't be trying to add reading my books to the mix... but I love to read and I always make time for the things that I love! I take a book with me wherever I go, and I also take public transportation which gives me a little time each day to read a few chapters of my latest read. If I'm ever waiting anywhere for something, I can always get my book out and read a few paragraphs.

Yes, even though I have a full time job, five days a week and an equally busy weekends, I still got the time to read books. I read the bible in the morning, 15 to 20 minutes. I also read novela and other books during my free time, say while waiting for a cab, or while in the midst of a heavy traffic. I also make it a point to read before I sleep. :)

I do love reading, but yes, often times we just have to drop our things and ready to rest from the whole day and busy work sched. If I found a book I love and wanted to read, I buy it and just keep it there at home. But usually take months before I could go through it....lol. But what I know, we must take even only 15 minutes in reading before we sleep to stimulate our brains, and I promise to myself to try to do it. If I have time to chat and post here in mylot, I know I could give time to my books too. I just hope you too can. Happy mylotting.

i like reading especially when i was on college but now due to my busy schedule of my work, most of the time i do read a book every weekdays or during my day off.when the internet already booming,my books left behind on the shelves. i have less time now to open my books and to read, since you can easily do research from internet and also busy doing here in mylot.

I find the time to read every day, even if it is just a couple of paragraphs before bed. If I have an appointment somewhere, have to ride the bus, or have to do anything that involves waiting, I bring a book along and read while I'm waiting or traveling. :)

Yes! I love to read books even though I had loved it long enough. When I can start reading a good story I tend to read more and more and I'm really willing to finish it. I mostly read novels because it's a bit short while those really big books of stories frustrate me. I don't want to read thick books unless if it's about history especially when it is all about Egypt or Europe. Whatever position I may have been I just read and read and read.

You are right. Reading is a good habit. I want to be a good sample to my son so lately my son and I often go to the library to borrow books. Today the life is busy. And it is not easy to find some time to read but on the other hand the time can be squeezed. If you want, you can still find a little time to read.

Having a job outside home and also a family to attend inside home, it's really hard to find even a little moment to read even a bit. But I always look for a moment to read almost several pages every day. So sometimes it takes me until a month to finish a book. But I could not live without reading.

I do. I have made it a habit to read every night before I go to sleep, because I don't really have so much time for it during the day. This works pretty well for me I have to say!

since i am currently studying, and in engineering course at that, my time read books that are fiction is rather limited.. even if its non fiction, if its not related to my course, i rarely get any time to read those books too.. however, i manage my time properly in such a way that i could at least find one hour to read the books.. that one hour is not everyday but it works as it keep me to read that particular book even though the time to finish book will be slow..
