people sometimes tend to do self medicating in case of cough and fever colds and flu but i think it should not be the case... it is very best to see a professional coz we may not know it might be a beginning of a very serious illness... let us all be very concern of our health coz health is wealth.... so every time we feel something is different in us let us all go see a professional to avoid any untoward results....=)

Medication to begin with is something that really does more harm than good. If it is something really bad, then I just see the doctor and a lot of the times, it is really nothing serious, but it could be. Still, when you take medicine, it might make you seem better rather quickly, but it is also something that you will become dependent on a lot of the time. I think that without taking medicine unless it is something that a doctor prescribes, I really am sick a lot less and get better a lot sooner. Some people can get really sick and they just continue to take a lot of medicine, not doing really doing any good. So it is just best to see a professional if you believe something is wrong, before it gets out of hand.

yes it can harm us more if we just take medications which are not prescribe by a doctor it is more dangerous for people to just decide what meds to take without consulting a true professional....=) happy my Lotting!

I agree. Some diseases show the symptoms of other diseases, and we could be mislead, and be taking medicines that should not be taken. It could be more costly, and it is dangerous.

well even if its good to seek professional help its really a burden to go there every time you have a small flu or a cough. but if the sickness persist in a couple of days, professional help would really do you good.
