my exercise

id love to be fit and sane so i involve my self in a simple and effective exercise of mine the brisk walking every morning i go on walking in our backyard and i guess it is working for me...\
you can share it here how would you like to be fit...=)

I like to keep up my Yoga. That has done me good. Unfortunately I don't do it everyday. Though I should. I can finally walk again after 2 years of pain. Because of the Yoga, my pains are all under control. For the last year I have not even went to the doctor. But, I do believe I should do my exercise more regular.

I used to do brisk walking...then i stopped due to the hot waether in the UAE. Now i have got a couple of dumbells and i do the excercise in my room. I do heavy exercise for an hour in the morning.
