texting affect on academic writing

well personally i agree that texting really affect my academic writing i usually find a way to make the words shorter when texting and unconsciously i also use it on writing academically i always get the wrong answers just because of the spelling problem...=)

he he oh no you have to make a double effort now to spell the words correctly. you know texting really has become quite a bit of a cause of spelling issues and problems in academics, maybe even for us who are already working. it is often i find myself too rechecking what i have typed just to make sure i am not typing any sms format words. hehe

LOL you should not be affected with texting. I too have a friend like that. All she did to correct all those is to read more. Reading widen your vocabulary and avoid shortened text messages it will really makes you forget how words are spelled.
