The Benefits of Exercise...

I don't maintain a regular exercise for myself.., I am too lazy to do it.., But then I read about it's benefits and now I am planning to engaged in a regular one.., I just want to share what I learned about exercising.. 1. It wards off Alzheimer's. 2. It boosts your energy. 3. It slows down aging. 4. It helps manage menopause. 5. It reduces the need for drug treatment. It's nice to know..=)

Thanks for sharing the other benefits of exercise! As for myself I exercise because I like to feel good. I mean, after I exercise its like I feel light and very energized as opposed to what others think that exercise is tiring. I notice that I can do my work more efficiently and I feel more alert compared to back when I don't regularly exercise where I feel sluggish and sleepy most of the time. I think looking slim and fit is just an added bonus.

wow.., now I am really motivated to exercise more often.., I love the feeling of sweating when I do exercises.., It makes me feel lighter.., and It has great effects on my mood too..=_=

Yeah exercise is good for many reasons. I love to exercise, I have a treadmill at home, but there are times when I no time at all. Not even thirty minutes to spare. But when I do have the time I make sure to exercise my butt off. I didn't know some of the things that you mentioned but I guess you learn something everyday.

wow...many benefits from exercise... but only that i know after make exercise make our stamina will be longer and stand a long time

I am also lazy on exercising yet who says you have to "work out" to get exercised? - http://gomestic.com/family/childs-play-exercise/ You can have exercise just like child's play! I made an article about this like having fun when exercising. =p I know that exercise is good for our body. It pretty makes huge changes for our health and it keeps us alive everyday! The benefits you have mentioned are very unique. Thanks for sharing.
