Did you go to all your prom and homecoming dances?

I went to nearly all of them. I went to both my Junior Prom and my Senior prom. I went to homecoming my Sophmore year and my Junior year. I did not go my Senior year because I had just broken up with someone and I didn't feel like dating anyone I could have gone I just did not want to. I did go to the game though and had a nice time.

I barely went to any dances in school. In like 7th and 8th grade I went a few times with my friend. They were just small dances, not big ones like homecoming. Then she and I stopped being friends. The new friends I made weren't the type to go to dances and I really wasn't either. I'm not a real girly girl. I did go to my senior prom though. It was okay. I'm not one to get up and dance in front of people so I just sat at the table with my friends talking.

No I don't. I didn't experience going to the prom, school dances or the graduation ball in high school because I studied in an all girls' school and the nuns prohibit those sorts of activities.

No, I didn't. Well, I went to a homecoming dance when I was in 9th grade. I had a miserable time though, my girlfriend at the time was a passive aggressive type and despite me telling her that I wasn't much for dancing and didn't really know anyone there (we went to different schools), she guilt tripped me into going. Needless to say, two hours of awkward dancing to music I hated made for a bad experience. I dropped out of high school before I had the opportunity to go to my senior prom, though I doubt I would have. I was never much for monitored gatherings anyhow. Not to mention the obscene amount of money one is supposed to spend on such things.

I went to some dances. I don't really like dances and I did not go to prom. My boyfriend went to a different school and it was a hassle so I ended up not really going and I don't regret it. I see them pointless and expensive when you can dance in your garage or room for free!

With my full time job keeping me so busy, I missed the school homecoming dances a number of times. I did make it a few times, and it was really so wonderful to be with all the classmates after a few years. It is so interesting to see how time flies ! I am looking forward to the next school dance, to meet and enjoy the company.
