my best friend is the one who close to me....best friend is the one whom with me when im in failure,the one who treat me like her own sister....and the on whom accept me for being what i am,that is the defination of best friend for me....

Oh man! 20.000 messages? Surely 26 letters are not enough for you two! Well, I have one boy best friend and one girl best friend. We are close at each other, and what brings us together is not only because we seek comfort to each other, but sometimes we are fighting, argumenting, even brawling to each other. Then how we call each other best friend? That's because we understand each other.

of course, i also have a lot of friends, but i only have few best fiends, we do have a lot of things in common. when one opens a secret to me it means something to me, i feel that im trustworthy that's why in return i trust them also, friendship is about sharing, understanding and trusting each other. doing all the things you have in common and enjoying each company, but dont forget that each individual is different so you have to respect some traits or privacy of your bestfriend too. other than that, love her or him so the friendship will last forever. best of luck to you! :0

I have lots of friends, but I got 2 bestfriends. They are those ones that are different to the other friends in certain ways. One of my bestfriends lives far away now and it saddens me. We haven't seen each other for 4 consecutive years, and it was so much of mixed feelings when we met again. Now I'm moving back to my home country which is near hers, and I'm happy for that. We talk about and open about a lot of things, I'm the person she can cry on to when she has problems, and we both never failed in aiding each other.

I tell ya, the greatest relationships in life that have the potential to become romantic are among the best! So many people get involved with the another person for intimacy and that's such a poor foundation. One of the benefits I share with my wife is that we can actually carry an intelligent conversation with each other! Imagine that! It's not just about what goes on behind closed doors, but our friendship has allowed us to share our ideas, concepts, and develop one another. Her strengths compliment my weaknesses and vice/versa...you're on the right track my friend...I pray that the relationship grows; just so that it's God's will for you to be together...it'll happen.

Everyone needs a best friend. I think my best friend is always there for me when my down or having problems. My best friend is the person I can always rely on for anything no matter what. My best friend stick up for me even if I am wrong. Good friendships equal honesty between us. There are no lies within our friendship because in order to be a good friend we have to be trusted.

I keep lots of friends for so long. We've been all together for more than 20 years. Though most of us have families, still the communication are intact as before. But of course, many friends means, different personalities. But because we know each other for so long, we're already adjusted with each other differences. Friends for me are people who will tell who you are but accept and understand who you are. Among these people I had 1 girl and 1 boy as best friends. Literally best. My friend, my enemy, my siblings, my reflection and my savior. And their friendship not ended just for me, but it was extended up to my whole family. They are not simply my best friend, but like a family member as well. And I'm blessed for having these people in my life.

Many things which i likes about my best friend.. he always helped me.. in any situation.. and he never say me no for help.. i like this thing.. and also he always supports me for doing something good in life..

Yes, you're right. We usually have many relationships. Almost them are communications to work or to study. I also have some close friends and they're wonderful. They share every things with me.

there are two persons in my life i consider my best friends. My boy friend and one girl friend i met in the office. My boy friend is my best friend because i can tell him everything about me, my secrets, my past, and he accepted me for who i am. Though he's far from me, he still comforts me when i'm down and laugh with me when i'm happy. This other best friend i have is a girl friend who happens to be there anywhere i go, i just get used to have her beside me. We share to each other everything that's happening to us, we ask each one for advice. we ran to each other for a shoulder to cry on. we are not too much alike and don't agree with some things but it doesn't matter, we accept each other for who we are. i love my best friends and i hope to keep them forever.

yes it's totally possible especially your sharing too much time with her... your developing your bond and feelings in something intimate, and maybe in no time you'll just realize that your feelings w/ her is not just an ordinary feeling - not a friend-like feeling... it's normal... mostly couples do start in being 'just' friends in the beginning. think about this: 'At least you know already know what she really is if you'll both be in a realtionship someday, right? ^_^

I have a lot of friends, but I don't think you can have a lot of true best friends. For me, a best friend is rare to find. I have one, we have been friends for like 11 years. He's like my brother, I can trust him for anything.

Best friends means to me is that we can talk everything freely.We can share out privacy sometime. The most important is that the friendship will be stay though we haven't met for long time. And we won't have the feeling of unfamiliar at all.

I think your point here is about love. It's hard to understand on what your talking here. But let me guess it... Relationship, with friend will be good if turn into love. Because you know each other better...It depend also in the situation. It's mean that when you exchanging many messages, will be turn into deep relationship (love)

luukimlong hi.. That is a lot of messages, I think that is closer than friends but your both afraid the other might be rejected.. If your feelings are more than friends ask her when you two are alone, ask her to go for dinner or movie night & tell her how u feel, life is too short so take a chance.. I have 2 best friends, my husband & my sister-in-law... My husband I tell my secrets, when I'm sad, happy, when I'm crying he hugs me & I'll feel better.. Love him with all my heart, we still send each other text messages when he's at work it's makes his days better & I feel wonderful when I receive them... My sister-in-law but I put her as my real sister, love her because no matter what right or wrong, she wouldn't judge me but listens to my concerns & problems when I need someone to vent my stress, & I would do the same for her... i think of my bestfriend as a family, sometimes more than my bloodline..

i think so it can become a BF/GF relationship because liking someone starts from know her attitude and dont care about what her status,etc.
