Fried foods(KFC),against:1,deep-fried starch leading to cardiovascular disease;2,including the carcinogen;3,destruction of vitamins,protein denaturation. Processing of meat products(sausages),against:1,containing one of three carcinogens:nitrite(preservative and color effects);2,containing a large number of preservatives,increased burden on the liver. Biscuits(excluding low-temperature baking and whole wheat crackers),against:1,food flavor and color to much burden on the liver function;2,severe destruction of vitamins;3,excessive heat low nutrients. Soft foods(Coke,Sprite),against:1,containing phosphoric acid,carbonic acid,the body will take away a lot of calcium;2,the sugar content is to high,a sense of fullness after drinking,affect the dinner, Canned foods(including meat and fish and fruit),damage:1,destruction of vitamins,protein denaturation;2,excessive heat,low nutrients. Girlled food(lamb skewers),against:1,highly toxic,are carcinogenic;2,resulting in charring of protein denaturation,increased kidney and livre burden. These are what we often see food,I think we have tasted,and I hope to see the future,when tese foods should note,don't eat too much,Is not conducive to good health

I don´t like fast food. I don´t think they taste good and all the time the picture has nothing to do with what they really give. So I never eat at a fast food chain. I love to cook and I cook from scratch. I use very few canned food. Maybe a can of tuna once in a while and a can of palm hearts. Thats all. But I think that I tent to think more of how they look, smell or taste than of how healthy they are.

Now i am avoid to junks food.. because i am too fat and now i am want to reduce my fat.. and wait.. so i avoid every types of junk food.. but sometimes i like to take it.. when i want to eat.. but not everytime..
