i can't remember the last time i was shaken,rated or broken,i learnt at the age of 21 to be strong after a violent marriage,sometimes i get told i'm too strong and need to be normal sometimes,but i like who i am,that way i won't be weak and get hurt

Your so right. People will really bring you down and you yourself will be your stronghold. In life there will be supporters and destroyers but in the end you will be your life saver, be affected and you'll be depressed, fight and go on and be victorious. I really like your post.
