During an interview and total something difference

When I got the interview from the Delaware State Unversity, I have ask they provide benfits to full and part-time workers and year-around? The managers told me that they do. On my application I marked down full time, provide overtime, if needed, and wroted down as line server for work. When I got the job, I work as a Outtakes person, who was baking cookies and bagging them, slickes cold meat, and etc. But then about month in they move in clean up the students ate because I was moving to slow. Three months after that I got laid off for three months and still no benfits. But I gotten full-time before, but now it part-time and still no benfits. Now I to work overtime to end meats not because I have new place to stay now.
