if you're willing to pay for it, there are good video tutorials available from lynda.com or totaltraining.com
you could also visit adobe tv for some really helpful tutes.

Looks like you've already got some good links, so I wish you the best with that!
Dreamweaver is good, but I recommend that you learn HTML first, at least to some degree, if you don't already know it. Being able to create a webpage on your own before you start using Dreamweaver will make using it a lot easier, especially when it comes to needing to edit the code that Dreamweaver develops or something like that. It also lets you understand what Dreamweaver's doing a little bit better, too.

There are many sites that teach Dreamweaver. I am web designer so I recommend you 4 websites that you can learn it easily, these sites teach you details clearly and too easy to understand the lessons with demonstrated pictures and videos.
