Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, a bunch of healthy meat, nuts and seeds. Thats all you need to do. Make sure to exercise to gain muscle mass.

take some vitamin B complex too so that you'll have better appetite when you eat. but as always, anything excessive is dangerous. so eat the right amount and stop when you're full. do not overdo. exercise is important so you can absorb the nutrients of what you eat. build muscles instead of fats. happy mylotting.

Depends on what sort of weight you wanna gain. If its just fat, then its pretty easy, eat f***ing everything. But you'll probably die from a collapsed colon. Another way is to know your body type and eat over your daily recommended intake of calories (typically 2000-2500). Basically, anything with a lot of calories will help to gain weight, but that might also lend you to being fat. The best way is too check out bodybuilding websites like scoobysworkshop.com and learn about nutrition. The general consensus for muscle growth, is to eat 6 meals a day every 2 to 3 hours, high protein HEALTHY meals. With no exceptions. This speeds up your metabolism and speeds up growth.
