What makes you tick as a human?

I'd say my biggest asset is not being attached to anything. :( I am sorry but in the heart of heart, I know I dont want anything in the world. :( I was walking down towards the lift yesterday, and thinking about some receivable, and this brain of mine says to me, do you really need it to worry as much? How much will satisfy you, and how much do you want to take up with you? And up comes a smile. I am also more honest with me, even if I am not that with others at times.

What makes me tick? Life, beauty, the children, nature, learning, animals, friends, family, humor...

I am afraid of ignorant people. I dislike people who don'T take responsability and put the blame to someone else.

What makes me really a human being? Oh yeah, i'm really a human being !!, i always consider for others.. The awful acts of those who destroy others without thinking what will be their future is really a distasteful thing.. Thinking those mafia's they say they are the leaders of the place and nobody can beat them. They just lay their hands in whatever they touch.. i really do hate them.. The rich people who own a car who doesn't give a lift in their car for the needy.. i'm not asking the car owners to give money for others or give continuous lift for others, i'm just asking give some respect to the poor..Treat them with good respect.. here in my place u can see much more indifference between them.. A rich family would never talk to poor family.. A person who is going in a car would never talk or respect the person who is going in a cycle or some middle bikes... nobody asks their money, just show some concern for others, just a little respect .. nothing else !!

World is filled with both the good and bad. Though the bad make more noise and at times you feel that they outnumber the good, you stumble upon many good people in your daily life and this keeps the hopes of a better future for the planet alive. For me, there is nothing specific which keeps me ticking, that I can say for sure. I am a person who is ruled by my heart and have a varied fluctuations in my mood. I try to find happiness around me whenever and in whatever form I can. If I have it, I feel alive(ticking) and that is all.

I am not talking about you exploding or something - i love your line here, S. LOL. What makes me tick? Well, I am not sure really but what I notice sometimes is most people I know come to me whenever they have a secret or a problem that they can't share to their family/BFFs/boyfriends/girlfriends. I don't know why and somehow I feel like the universe is out of tilt for they share something like that to me but I am honored in a way though. And I try to be the secret keeper or try to give them the good advice. Even if there are people we hear or read from the news that really disappoints us in a way but let's still forgive them from their mistakes. Even I wants to be forgiven too even though my mistakes have failed to be broadcast all over the news. Chill down, saphy. By far, you have one of the most kindest and most honest hearts here in my lot. And for that, you are one person I look up to. Cheers, my friend.

Ahhhh Saphy! What a seriously heavy topic! I am not sure I am up for this at the moment, but will give it a shot, just for you my lovely sweet friend~ Don't have a clue what makes me tick! Just know that it scares and disturbs me watching what makes others tick! Not scared of what I will do, but sure as hell am scared of what the hell "they" might do next! Not very comfortable anymore in this world having to watch my back and all the other surrounding sides and the ones that I can't even see. How sad this world we live in has become~I am going to have to get on an airplane from NY to Florida on Tuesday and I am so very scared, but have to go take care of some business with my Mom, and time for my "yearly" visit. Not looking forward to it for alot of reasons, but am terrified of flying, especially from NY~ wonder why?

hi saphie.... it's all the communal conflicts which is the main factor of terrorism and mischiefs in my country. when people will learn that religion is just to obey not to fire... then all the nuisances will run out... when people will extend their helpful hands to each other... then everything will be fair. have a nice day.

We learnt that behind all those bad things, there are three strong motivations, greed, anger and ignorance. Sometimes there can be a combination of them. It is what makes this world full of wars, evil and a lot of suffering. What makes me human? I think it would be treating everybody as equals and not judging people based on the amount of money they have or how they look like.

I'm not sure what makes me tick. Suffice to say that I exist. I usually feel better about life if I can do someone a good turn. There are plenty out there who seem to make it their business to do people a bad turn. I wish they would find themselves somewhere to hole up and blow each other apart: leaving the rest of us the heck alone. It goes without saying that they won't, as they are far to mean not to share their misery!
