Do you feel safe buying products online. There are pros and cons in every thing and online shopping is not an exception. I think you are very comfortable while selecting product. But with out knowing them physically it is hard to get the real experience. Also there is a risk of online money scam. What your views.

As long as you are careful and buy from the right companies I don't see any harm. One good thing is to not have the site remember your payment information. I learned that watching a show once. I buy online quite a bit and I have never had any problems at all. At times shipping can be slow but other than that. Watch out for shipping costs because sometimes it is not worth it to buy online and pay the shipping and handling. Although occasionally you can find great deals online. Buy from realiable, and well-known websites.

I buy quite often from Amazon.com sometimes from other sites, do all my bill paying online, I never buy stamps. I never buy from a site that looks suspicous, never use yoru atm debit card that has a visa/mc logo online. Always know that if you buy with a credit card, and dont get what you paid for, or have issues, contact your credit card company immediatly to file a dispute. One thing you can always rely on is that if you never signed a receipt for a item, technically speaking your due a auto refund because if they dont have a receipt with your signature on it they have to refund the charge. There are some items I will not buy online, like shoes, clothes, unless I bought some at a store and buy the same item online so I know how they fit, feel already, another option, go try some clothes/shoes on see how they feel then write the info down see if you find it cheaper online, then buy it as you have tried them on and know the size. But yes watch for shipping costs, they can push the price up dramaticly sometimes.

Personally, I prefer purchasing things at the stores after checking and seeing things with my own eyes. There are indeed many online stores selling beautiful products, expensive products. I have never bought any thing from those online stores. One cannot be sure how reliable they will be, quality-wise and delivery-wise.

Well I usually shop online in big companies I don't really trust the smaller companies because sometimes it isn't all about small companies it's about customer services lol. I usually shop online in stores that around my location I also make sure that if i do shop online I read more and make sure that everything is done a promise. Because Noe and days you cant give everyone access to your bank account if you do some people will love to take your money lol so word of advice be safe

Hi anurag, my father and me, we bought a few things online, and we are very disappointed with all things except a small spy camera. I, however, suspect I paid a lot more for it than it was worth. So no. I prefer shopping in person, much as online purchases save time. :)

Thanks for response. i think you must have gone most of the electronic products or some kind of chinese cheap items. they looks good only. but if you need a book which is not available any where. or need to pay bill. they are better option.

I don't mind purchasing online. I usually tend to stick with the larger and more reputable companies as they are most likely to be up to date with their security policies. Paypal is my number one choice for payment. I do feel a little hesitant about entering my debt card info no matter what site it is. Often times with a little searching I am able to find deals on what I am looking for that are cheaper than shopping local, ...even with the shipping added in.

I love shopping online and it definitely has its benefits! It's easy and very convenient and it's nice to have the goods delivered to your door! It has been a long time since I last had a walk down the high street in order to purchase something. Obviously a lot of research needs to be done prior to buying from a company online. I always make sure that I carry out research on a website! How long have a particular company been in existence? Are there any good customer reviews that you can read? I think most important of all is the ability to make contact with the company. I check all this information out before making a purchase and then I suppose it's a great leap of faith in making the purchase and then just hoping for the best. There must be a multitude of scam sites online and it's very easy to be taken in by certain sites. Thankfully I've not been trapped by any malicious sites myself and I'm very cautious when making any purchase online. Overall, I think that the benefits far outweight the disadvantages of shopping online and I guess this experience is here to stay! Andrew

I've done a lot of online shopping and I've never honestly had a bad experience with it. That said, the vast majority of the things that I buy online are things that I've been able to see and try out in the store. I only end up buying them online instead of from the store because of the fact that I am able to get much better prices online than I can in a local store and in addition to that, I have gift cards that I am able to use online that I can't use in the local stores.

I don't buy anything from the internet if i don't know that the site is serious and i know that i won't be scammed. By now i only bought things from the internet from sites that are working in my country and i prefer paying when i get the product, not with credit card over the internet, because i feel it is safer this way.

I am confident if buying through ebay, especially when paying through paypal. As paypal will refund us if we didn't get the goods. :p If we pay directly to the seller by banking in to his/her account, i would not feel secure enough unless he/she has good reputation.

Yes you can get lot of benefits while purchasing products online especially electronic products. Many websites offer discount sales so that you can avail the offer and buy your loved products in a very cheap price. I would like to recommend you a website where you can find spy software's and devices in a reasonable price. Visit the website

I used to be very leary about purchasing something on line. I had family members who purchased online all of the time. they seemed to be very comfortable with it. Now i am an avid online shopper. I have always had a good experience with my online shopping. I feel very safe in shopping online now.

I haven't tried online shopping yet. But if I will shop online, I will choose and trust branded items especially when I know the quality of their products. I am also afraid of online money scam and bad quality of the products. We can only see the sample of the products but we cannot feel it. I think it will be more expensive to buy online, shipping fees make it more expensive. We mostly don't know the person who we are contacting. All of these hinders me to online shop.

i haven't bought something online yet but i think one should be cautious and extra vigilant when buying an item online so as to really get what you want, the exact specs and description, and so as to avoid the much dreaded scams.

Buying online is really risky. I have experienced once that I was really fooled by a scammer. I was deceived by all her perks and yes she was a girl. I was really so careless that time for trusting her. I really received nothing but I already paid. Make sure that the seller already have lots of positive feedbacks and make sure to check the seller's credibility. I do still buy online, so far I wasn't deceived already. Good luck!

I have already purchased a couple of things online and I can say I am satisfied with my purchases. However I still think realy hard before I make purchases specially on items bought on ebay where I will be dealing directly with the seller. Of course having the buyer rating helps me be more confident with the person I am dealing with. There's always the risk of the transaction not turning out the way you like but I guess in the end it will depend on how much you want the product specially if it is not available in your area. If I really like the product I'd be willing to take a risk.
