It was something I know I would never probably wear again to I returned it and got my money back..I just had it on for the 4 hrs so I didnt see a problem...have you ever bought clothes to wear to a party or something and then return it?...I know i'm bad lol

I have never returned clothes that I have worn. I'm sorry , but I think returning clothes that you have worn (even if it was for only 4 hours) is WRONG! Don't you realize that there are probably body odors, bacteria, etc on those clothes? Would you want to go to a store and buy something that you thought was new and someone else had actually worn it! Thats liking going to a second hand store and paying full price. I'm sure that other people probably do this too, but I am not in favor of it. Sorry about the passing of your husband. God's blessings to you.

I don't like to make people mad, so all is forgiven! Good for you that you never did it again. Maybe someone else will see this discussion and it will make an impression on them. Thanks for bringing up the subject!

I don't think there's something wrong about doing this. lol Some clothes are just really too overpriced. I believe that no matter how good looking or how high quality the fabric is, it is still bound to get worn out through the years. If you can't get the most out of your purchase, I don't see anything wrong in returning them. :D

waterfiction I agree that some clothes... actually most clothes are over priced but wearing something and returning it is wrong. If that was your product that you were selling and you had to take a loss on the profit you wouldnt feel the same way. I am glad that you never did that again gjax57 because trust me there are tons of people who do it all the time and think nothing of it. I know that if you find two items and switch the tags so that you get the more expensive product at a lower cost that it is considered shoplifting and if caught you will get fined. I doubt thats the case with wearing things and returning them but to me its just as bad. I know that you do think what you did was wrong at least some what or you would have made a habit of it and kept doing it over the years.

hahahha... Never. well, once I love it then I keep it for my future need. I dont return something I already wore... but if that doesn't look good on me or something wrong with it then I will return it right the way...

No, i have never done anything like that. The dress i wore to my son's wedding i knew i'd never wear it again. I don't wear dresses anyway. I told them they could bury me in it, lol.

Happy birthday to your grandson. Aren't grands sooo special. U just put on your big girl panties & make his day special. I'm glad we both have grandsons. Happy qweekend to u.

I have never done it and glad to hear you only did it once. Many people that have done it would never even consider admitting returning clothes. I'm not a fan of clothes shopper, as I wear the same thing until it has to be replaced, as its falling apart. I'm sorry to hear your husband passed away.

I have never done that but I know of someone who does that. I don't think there's something wrong though, she returns the clothes (usually dresses) in exchange for casual clothes for everyday. She says that it's better she return in exchange for something she could use everyday for work rather keep a closet full of gowns and clothes she'd never wear again.
I think it just takes a lot of guts and courage to go up to the store to return the clothes or exchange it with something else. Though, I don't have that courage myself.
I think it's a good habit though. It's economical and it still would allow you to look good during occasions. However, I wouldn't want to be buying something that has already been used by several people, if you know what I mean.

I never have and I would not want to. I expect to buy brand new, unworn clothes unless it is has been tried on real quick and taken off. I think it is disgusting..

I've never returned clothes, cause well you know I rearely even by clothes unless I have to. Can't stand shopping and trying on clothes. Hate taking them on and off over and over again.. When I ahve to go to the mall I almost get sick.. hahahha Never reaqlly like it, cause who ever would take me into going took forever to pick something out and sometimes would not buy anything at all.. Hours spent for nothing!!!! UGH!!!!
