My first and second names are Tracy Dee. I was born on December 13. Basically, my name was taken from my birth date. Tracy was taken from the day of my birthday which was 13. In Spanish 13 is read as "trese" that's why my parents modernized it from "trese" to Tracy. Then my second name Dee was obviously taken from the first syllable of my birth month DE-cember = Dee. How about yours?

I am a junior and obviously have the same name as my father except for the suffix. I haven't asked yet why they gave the name Marcial to him. I grew up with Michael as my nickname. I'm still wondering why they call me that since it is very far from Marcial. My mother and grandmother is not around anymore that I cannot ask why they're calling me that. I find it awkward also to ask it from my father. :)

My name is John Matthew. My mom told me what it meant during my childhood years. She told me that John meant gift from God. and Matthew meant God's gift. If it isn't the exact meaning then it goes something like that. I don't exactly know if they looked it up or was just simply inspired by the bible. Either way, I'm glad that they named me that. I wouldn't have named myself any other way... even if I do change my name in social networking sites. My birthday is in august so I doubt that they got it from there. Ha ha ha. Tracy Dee is a great name! I think I'll name my child like that someday. It'll be like una may or something. I'd like her to be born may 1. but having a child is a gift in itself so no complaining. LOL.
