How to control my hunger especially at night.?

Yes it is a massive problem for many people. You cna eat more. But make sure you dont sleep withint 4 hrs of eating. Also make sure to exercise in the evening. Take a breif 10 minute stroll after 30 minutes of eating. Drink lots of water about 30 minutes after eating and an hour before eating. Hope this helps.

I would say you just have to gradually cut down then you will get to the poiint where you can just completely stop or maybe just cutting down will be sufficient for what you are trying to accomplish... either way good luck

I hear that a good way is to trick your stomach into think that it is full. Whenever you feel hungry or have the urge to start eating, just drink a full glass of water. Once you fall asleep you wouldnt think about being hungry. Cheers!

That´s a good question... I had the same problem... Don´t eat nothing during the day and then when i arrived home i eat a lot. The solution was to make my meals correctly: Breakfast, middle of the day an apple or something, Lunch, middle snack and dinner... To combat the wish i drink a lot of water but soon your organism becames working like a clock

I heard that if you are hungry at night and must really eat something , then eat fruits yea ^_^

i hope u don't eat in morning and afternoon.add a glass of milk to ur dinner.
