Friends, at times I just think, how it is that we fall from the spiritual world? How can we get attracted to a world of suffering, old age, and disease? God, Krishna says that once we are with him in his abode we don't come back.
A friend said, if someone shoots an arrow into your chest, what will be your first business? You will see from where the arrow came from or to pull it out?
You are inquiring why you have fallen into this material world, but your first business should be to inquire how to get back to spiritual world, not how you fell. Just as once you pull the arrow out of your chest you can then investigate to see where it came from, in a similar way once you are back in spiritual world you will easily see how you fell so that you will not make the same mistake again.
He is 100% right, I think, what is your opinion.

Well, coming from a different set of beliefs than you have, I don't think that we have fallen from the spiritual world. Instead, I tend to think that the life that I am living right now is instead a means to an end. We have to live a life on earth to prove whether or not we are worthy to be able to live a life in the spiritual good place (heaven in my set of beliefs) or in the spiritual bad place (hell in my set of beliefs).

Yes, reasons why we fell or any other form or reasoning doesn't get us very far in spiritual concerns. Looking into our spiritual life is not a process of reason, but a process of Being-ness. Just being with whatever challenges there are in life.
I feel that we are spiritual beings having a material experience and through practices such as yoga, Zen and Tao, we learn acceptance of our own pain in order to transcend it and recognize that pain is not meant to punish, but through its experience, it is there to help us learn how compassion and how to focus our mind.
When I think of all the great sages through history, many of them had a lot to say about suffering and it is clearly indicated that suffering comes from desire that at its worst, can manifest greed. If we hunger for money, possessions of other people, we are not going to feel at ease. If we allow things to come and go in our life, we are going with the flow, and are therefore at ease. This is what comes into my awareness as a result of many years meditation and working with those who suffer. I am not saying that I am absolutely correct, but the evidence I have experienced is quite strong. _Derek

We fell down on the earth to shell down our past karmas. Hence lead a sound life with good deeds, be helpful to others, spread message of love around you and the purpose of your birth is fulfilled and you will reach the spiritual light above. Then no coming back and only eternal bliss will surround us there.
