Eating....?

            do you think i ate well today?
cheerios and banana and milk
apple and water 
pizza and carrots and chocolate milk
power bar and Gatorade
tomato soup with 2 slices of bread and water
chocolate bar (i only eat two a week)
should i change anything???
I've been trying to stop my chocolate craving, do you think only eating them twice a 
week is a good idea?
should i eat them less??

                    you should have more protein in your diet for energy. I guess the milk has it.
You have your carbohydrates - that would be your pizza and bread.
Vitamins and minerals comes from your fruits and vegetables but not all of it has every nutrients in it. So I am glad about the variety.
Chocolates is a good thing. Choose dark ones plus less fat to be more healthy if you want to eat more of it.

                    Well, you had chocolate milk and a chocolate bar today. I guess that's alright, depending on the kind of exercise you had today. I actually don't eat chocolate that much, even if I love it. But, to each his own. If you really want to eat healthier, just eat more fruits and vegetables and avoid sugar and other sugary drinks (chocolate, softdrinks).
