ask for help about installing iis to my pc with windows XP

Some days ago i wanted to install iis5.1 pakage to my computer and failed .I don't know why until now and i have asked help from google,baidu and some other websites about IT.According to the metheds i got from above i failed to install iis5.1 to my pc. So if you have solved this problem please tell me how install & i will be very thankful for you .My windows xp named Ghost sp3 xp . It's simplified of window xp.Is the problem in there ?

iis5.1 , let get is as the one of the update of windows xp...........
the version you are using ghost sp3 xp is pirated one and not original. we can't say it as the simplified one of windows xp, until i know that the version is designed for gamers by unknown.
some of the files are been removed in ghost version for better gaming performance and you can;t expect huge security from it.
solution:
download windows xp using torrent (torrentz.com) and reintall you os. install windows sp3, i think bill gates won't mind using pirated windows xp any longer which is being expired in sep 2011..

Try reinstall your computer from a XP CDRom. The problem will be solved
