jogging in morning

Most people don't realize the benefits of walking in early morning.At this time as traffic would be less the air will be definitely less polluted.You won't have to shell out fees for gym as you can walk in your own way.one just has to be very interested to do it.I find it very relaxing after going for a walk.you at least have to walk 3 kms according to me.Blood flow to your body is increased and your heart starts to beat at quick pace,thigh and calf muscles become strong.

I think jogging in the morning is really healthy for persons.. but i can't do it.. because i am very lazy person..and always wake up in the morning very late.. so i can't do this.. but this is really good for our health.. if we daily going for jogging.. what do you say.. am i right or not..
