Why do people hate their jobs but still go to work?

I've heard a lot of people complain they don't like their jobs, they don't like their boss, their officemates..yet..they still work anyway..day in and day out, they work. They say they don't like to stay at home doing nothing, do you agree that jobs are addictive? or is it because the real reason is they need the money?

It is because people are enslaved in a system where they have to do things they do not want to do, or else they won't survive easily.
