21st century is century of science and technology. New technology particularly information technology has changed how people live and think. In developed word every government department is computerized. However in India E-Governance is still decades away and files still move from table to table physically and not electronically.Physical movement of files requires a energy called "Bribe". However qustion is can E-governance can stop corruption?.
Please come up with some innovative ideas as how it can stop corruption?

I imagine, someday, the tables of civil servants no longer have a shelf. And their uniforms, have no pockets.
Before they began a work, their wallets should be collected in one room and when they work, all files stored directly in a large closet.
My suggestion this worth considering because, average, bribe money will go straight into the desk, rack and wallets and purse civil servants
