Don't tell me how to do my job!

I am not a happy camper! At lunch I was working the food line. One of the cooks comes up to me and says "Clean up the mess the students made"! I thought when no one is in line I will! She has no right to tell me what to do! I know she doesn't like to be told what to do! She shouldn't talk! She is the laziest person in the Kitchen! Melise loves to barely do anything and lets the other cook do most of the work to get breakfast and lunch preparred!Melise pulls this stunt all the time! She will work when yelled at but in the long run she will become the lazy b&tch she is again! I can't believe they don't fire her! I hate people like that!

Personally unfortunately I think we all have to work with and deal with people like this, and it really makes you wonder what will it take for people to really STOP and take notice, and what it would do to change them. Where I work as a Dispatcher for a Cab company we have people that will SLEEP a lot of the shift, or take long extended breaks or miss a lot of work, and when I miss work, even if it is usually for Medical reasons, I end up getting wrote up. Go figure, but if we could only turn the other cheek and have them get what they deserve.

These kind of people are at every job! It sucks but I have premisson to tell her off if she does that again! She has been told off by other people in the past but it only lasts a few days and they she is the witch again! It sucks!

Some people doesn't like being told what to do. You may listen to them but do not do what they told you to do. Our emotion is within our control not to waste our energy for that act that we do not like.

This woman has been told many a times to do her job,to stop harressing everyone and for other things! It lasts a days and then she is back to being the b*tch she is! Only once she shut up for ever when she was told "How would you like it if someone told you what to eat and why you eating that?"! Melise had this exremely bad habit of telling people they should not eat this and that and even would tell a person they ate to much! That has never happen since! I just wish she would do this with the other things she is told! Yikes!

I hate people who boss others around too. I couldn't stand it. I am the worst employee ever when it comes to being bossed around. It's not that I won't do it, but when a manager or supervisor says something to me, in a bossy manner (and with an attitude) I get totally defensive and give them an attitude right back. I don't like how a lot of managers and supervisors handle the people "below" them. It bugs me. It would especially bug me if this person were pushing all of the work off on me.

It is so sorry story that we come across every where. Where some people would not want to work and teach others how to do it. Its a shame that almost all the organization or companies would actually keep these kind of burdens sticked to the shoulder. Especially in countries like India, and Nepal (latter is my homeland) we see most of the governmental offices full of laziest fellows. I have had horrible experience lately when I took my dad for medical treatment in one of the governmental hospital. Every one of the support functional apart from Doctors were lazy people full of words and no action. Still the management won't fire these scoundrels.

I will never understand why this woman has not be fired and why other people in other departments,who are lazy,aren't either! Our maintance department has alot of lazy men who also not to bright! Things would get repared better and faster if we had better maintance on campus!
