Are you an Emotional Eater??

I often find myself eating quick things full of fat and no nutritional value when under alot of stress. I could have been eatin well all day something bad happens I reach for some fries, candy bar or a piece of cake and Im not a sweet eater. I had jus recently reliezed I had this problem and have been working it

I'm not an emotional eater. Though sometimes, I ate something like chocolate bars, chips and drink soda when I'm bored.

I'm not that really an emotional eater, I just really love to eat! Sometimes when I feel sad or guilty I eat a lot but I don't get fat or even gain wait. I always wanted to eat all the time but I don't have enough money to buy all the foods I want to eat!

nope i am not an emotional eater.. but yes there are alot of emotional eaters out there.. quite normal... I think its when you feel stressed or grier or sad or any deep emotions, chemical reactions take place and you start to feel or your body starts to feel the need to eat.

I have a sweet tooth but I think I'm not an emotional eater. I usually over indulge myself with sweets when I'm nearing my period but other than that I minimize eating sweets as a dessert. And if I ever think I ate too much, I compensate by adding extra time on my regular workout session.
