I also prefer drinking water than any flavored drinks when I'm thirsty. That's because I feel more quenched after drinking water compared to flavored drinks. But actually, I also got addicted to softdrinks when I was a child. I used to drink Sarsi daily when I got home after school. By those times, it felt like my thirst wasn't quenched at all just by drinking water only. It is then that my mother told me that I need to endure my thirst for softdrinks and drink water only. It took me about a month, and I successfully get rid of my softdrink addiction. Since then, I appreciated drinking water better. I still drink flavored drinks when we eat at fastfoods or diners but I wasn't dependent to it at all. -)

I definitely agree with you. I prefer water over most of the beverages today well maybe with exception of milk. Anyway, I'm not that fond of drinking softdrinks or even flavored water because even if I drink those beverages I will still drink water just to wash down the taste that was left in my mouth. I always have my water near me while working so that I can drink enough for the day. It's cheap too compared to other flavored beverages out there. How about that you'll save money and be more healthy too.

If you don't like the taste of plain water, it is perfectly fine to make a cup of tea, or to add a small amount of fruit cordial to it just to alter the taste enough for you to be able to drink it. Personally, I drink a lot of water without any flavourings, as the effect that it has on my body and mind is amazing. I feel so much better when I have a lot of water inside me, and I just don't get the same kind of feeling from fruit juice. It's always worth the effort if you feel as though you have the time!

Yes I agree. Water is the best than soda or any fruit juices.
