question about neobux

i just signed up for Neobux today and i'm quite wondering how it works. well it said it pays to click.i started with my first ad and it posted on top that another user already used my IP address and has viewed the ad within 24 hrs. why is that? i'm not sure how IPs work but with what i know there is supposed to be a unique IP for each pc. do i need to wait for a certain time to view an ad? is it an ad at a time? newbie needs some info, thanks!

Neobux is a crooked site. It cheats people from Asian countries, and it pays only to the members of U.S, and Europe.As far as possible avoid Neobux.

Yeah I also once faced that similar kind of problem but it was because I was using proxy server.I suggest you you to wait for a while.Keep checking at regular intervals.Everybody does possess a different IP adress.But if you are not sure that IP you are using is unique you can simply ask your ISP to give you an unique IP.For proxy related issues you can visit this site ip-lookup.net.Make sure no body else is using your IP adress otherwise your account may be suspended.Good luck
