Why do you want to gain 150 pounds that is not healthy? But if you insist then I would recommend you to pig out. Don't limit yourself on food. Be lazy, and don't move around so much. As much as possible reduce body movement. That way your body will adapt and your metabolism will go down and you will gain weight.
Another way to do this is by building muscle mass. You don't have to be huge. My point here is that muscle is heavier than fat. Go to the gym and workout.

So you want to hide like a crazy person? You know, away from the people because you think they will call you skinny? How tall are you?

You can do it at home. Just get a pair of dumbells. But you know I think the gym is better because you get feedback there. You get comments and compliments on what you need to work on and it also boosts your self esteem. The only hard thing there is when you are just starting.

You're aware of Your body's BMI Ratio, the Body Mass Index? If You haven't already done so,Work out what yours is at the moment, and then work out what it would be if you were carrying another 150 pounds..I'm thinking more than doubling your current weight would not be a good thing for your joints or your Health..If you feel you're so underweight at present, have a word with your Doctor about the safest way to put on weight. Putting on weight shouldn't be a problem..you just eat more food than your body uses for maintenance..it's up to you then if you want to work out and exercise to develop muscle,or carry it as fat.

That's some accomplishment you want to achieve ... What's your weight right now?
Can I ask why would you want to so that?
What I can tell you right now, to gain that amount of weight, the healthy way, it will be awfully difficult, it's far easier (sort of speak) to gain it the unhealthy way, which I wouldn't recommend at all.
It has to do as well with your metabolism, your genetic, and several other factors that could be out of your reach, but still I don't understand why would you want to make that weight?

you are a lucky person because you need to gasin 150 pounds, i could lose half of what you need. Dont rush to gain weight rapidly, I would suggest for you to see a doctor and be evaluated for all you know you dont need to gain that much. and see a nutrionist/dietician and ask advise on the right food aand diet to gain weight in a healthy way.
