Swimming Pools that are Chlorinated = Cancer?

Hard to believe? Well a study by Spanish researchers in CREAL on effect of swimming in pools that are heavily chlorinated. The result of their study was this: "The evidence of genotoxic effects were observed in 49 healthy adults after swimming for 40 minutes in a chlorinated indoor pool" ... Imagine that! 
But they say that if the pool has low levels of disinfectant chemicals then it is safe. But I wouldn't risk my health just to swim on the pool.
Now I would think twice or even 3 times before jumping on the swimming pool! What do you think? Would you still swim swim in the pool after reading this?
