study a burden?

I think studying has always been a burden. I've read in history books that scholars in ancient times in China would hold a knife on top of their kneel so that if they fell asleep, they would get stabbed and wake up. That is not my preferred method of waking up but studying is very hard to me as a student and I am constantly worrying about my grades. I guess it might be just as hard when students get into the job world.

I think today's study is very hard but we can't call it burden............I call it burden when the child is pressure by the parents to study what they want him to...but if the the student choose his path of study then the study became fun...even if its hard......but when we look at the children's shoulder with a big and heavy bag on it, we think its a burden to the child.......you can see this video song...........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXYiU_JCYtU&ob=av2e......its is not for study perpose but i like its lyrics.........and also the band........

I don't think that study is a burden,study is one of the life style. The UNESCO declared in 1965 study not only in campus,but also all one's life. We need study all the time,due to the developing society. We should have a belif that study can bring us pleasure, maybe change our fate if we use the knowledge.

it will be a burden when it is too exam-oriented-- like you study because you need to pass the exam!or you need to study because of your parents or someone else!this will lead to pressure and student will find that study and learning was not fun and joyful anymore.they should change the environment and the way the learning process should be conducted. --study because you learn to do so don't study because of the others and don't be the one who don't like to study at all!

In a way,study is a burden.When you have no interest in studying and don't know the necessity of study,study is a burden.When you have interest in studying and know study is very useful,your study will be very happy,you will study very hard,you will study on your own and nothing can stop you from studying.When you love study,you won't say study is a burden.Fortunately I love study.

No, generally it never occur to me that studies could be a burden in any time, I mean learning is necessary for us to live. What do you mean by being burden already? Unless you are occupied with other things that you think it already is a burden then perhaps you may stop schooling. But its very necessary to study, its always the foundation in this life inorder for us to pursue our desired goals we need to know the basics in school.

I don't think it's a burden because studying is the first step to learning so you have to continue the process if you want knowledge on something.
