Hey friend their are many websites who gives online tutorials for learning.. and also you can learn online on some websites.. i know one websites name which really can helps you.. because their are also many tutorials available about designing and also programming languages like PHP, Dot net, and many other.. I think their are also flash tutorials are available.. so please check this sites.. which helps you.. i give you this link..
