What do you think is the best way to stay healthy???

Nowadays people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health. And they have different ways to stay healthy. For example,some exerise every day; Others try to keep a balance diet. As for me, I do both of them to keep my fit.How about you? please sharing you opinions on this question with me.

A bicycle wheel with one or a few spokes will not be very strong. So there are many factors that will contribute to a person's health.
good nutrition
exercise
enough sleep
plenty of water
positive attitude
positive relationships
love
spirituality
contentment
laughter
fun
The more positive things we do the healthier we will be!

Apart from these two it is very important to keep your stress levels down. If you are stressed, no amount of exercise or diet would help you. I know in the work situation right now that is not possible, but there are a number of ways to de-stress and people of all ages would greatly benefit from them.

Body and mind are so closely inter linked that one can not conceive of the condition and status of one without the other. Most of the diseases we suffer are the outcome of our stressful condition of our mind. A stressful mind produces weak,vicious and negative thoughts that creates negative and weaker aura around the physical system. To remain healthy with stress free mind,one needs to follow natural habits and living style in respect of eating,sleeping,working,and other daily activities. Regular habit of Yoga and meditation can serve to ensure good health and mind,on sustainable basis.

Fundamentally, it is essential to eat healthy foods, and avoid unhealthy foods. On top of that, one needs to do physical excersizes. Whenever I have the time, and when the weather is favorable, I would go out to the park and go jogging. That is a very refreshing excersize and excellent to keep healthy.
