Lately i've been attending casinos more frequently. I'm not living in vegas, but where i live, many casinos have been opened. My friends have been telling me that i'm becoming a gambling addict, others say that i like strong emotions, and seriously, im getting scared too. What activities can i do to get distracted from casinos and gambling.

Just avoid them completely. Do not go near them at all. And also, avoid any online games and online gambling as well, since this will encourage you to go play in the real casinos too.

You have to stay away from them, simle as. Find a distraction and do something else with your free time. A good thing to do would be to surround yourself with friends and family so you don't think about the casino. When it comes to gambling the only person that wins in the end is the house. If you find you cannot do this, you may need to seek further help from a professional about your situation. If you have a problem don't be ashamed of it, get help before you get into serious financial problems.

I gamble too with my boyfriend and it does get pretty addicting. We are quitting and we do this by avoiding going. We get distracted by buying a membership to go to the gym, to go to the nearby zoo, amusement park and just going out and having fun. Sometimes, we will just watch TV or go out with friends and think that Casinos do not exist. They seem to cheat, the one we go to. Before it was easy to win and now it feels as if you get set up from the machine shuffles when playing double deck black jack. Anyway, best to save your money and invest it in something else. Good luck!
