Do You Think You Are Well Compensated to Your Job Right Now?

If your answer is YES then, congratulations because you're one the kind. If your answer is NO, then what holds you to stay still in the company that you are connected right now? Young professionals like me, or even those who are tenure already in their employment when asked "How's Office Work?", if not all but majority's answer will be like this. "The job is okay but my salary is just small", or this, "My job is so tiring, so pressured but I'm only receiving this much. I think I am under paid. I deserve more!" Well, the above premises are the most common responses that I have heard from people and I admit, I am guilty to that. And also I know a lot of work mates who transferred for another companies because they want a bigger compensation. Most importantly, what holds me to stay in my current company is purely the nature of job that I have where I get to train our independent partners of our products, skills in selling etc, and of course my job allows me to meet a lot of people in all walks of life. Obviously, I belong to the "NO GROUP ANSWER", HOW ABOUT YOU?
