facebook addict

I am a facebook addict and i spend lots of time on it. But now i realize that something is wrong. I'm not doing my regular task anymore. I always sit and face facbook al day. Gosh, need to control on it.
How about you? are you a facebook addict too?

I'm having the same problem...The first thing which I'm doing in the morning when I get up, is to open my Facebook account and that is for the whole day...
I know, I have to do something about it and that's one of the reasons I'm here on mylot :-)

I also want to add that I have decided to make a daily plan, e.g. Facebook - in the mornings between 9 till 10 a.m. and in the evenings between 7 and 8 p.m. e.g.
And to set my mobile alarm after this hour - to remind me to finish :-) Hope to have positive results :-)

I was a facebook addict. I used to play Facebook games for countless hours. From morning until the wee hours but just like you, I was losing control of my time and regular tasks that's why I had to stop my Facebook addiction to get my life in place. My real life, not my facebook life. Even though I don't use Facebook anymore as much as I use to , it is still fun and helpful in terms of social communication. :)

really go there much as I am really addicted to mylot and here I can earn while I learn, and enjoy being with my mylot friends from all
over the world. Earning while having fun and enjoying myself is so
pleasant I have been here for three years.

Yea I would I was supposed to be studying this afternoon, but instead i've been spending most of my time on facebook playing my games like farmville and such

I must admit I'm a little addicted. I network with my family friends,and blogging buddies. I think facebook needs a forum

I'm a facebook addict but I don't sit here in front of our computer and facebook all the day. I only want to visit my facebook account regularly and play games but not just an hour. You're right you need to control yourself to do something more important than using your time in facebook. :))

Oh, dear! Were in the same situation. My friend who's also like us, solved her problem by deactivating her account on weekdays. She only activates it on weekends to catch up with us. It's kind of a big hassle, but I think it works well for her. I'm not too keen on the idea, though, because I love playing games on Facebook. lol
