ACCIDENT PREVENTION

Most often though they are designed to find who is at fault so that way they know who to blame. If it is a car accident it is for who gets the ticket and who's insurance has to pay. If it's workman's comp. they want to know if the individual was to blame so they don't have to pay if they can help it and if they are to blame to make sure they get it fixed. In this day and age with everyone so sue happy they do need to assign who is at fault to either protect themselves or for the other person to make more money.

sometimes its hard to figure out who was at fault for the accident so you have to do an investigation to get all the facts and information so they can figure out what the cause was.
