Hello everyone. My gym membership just recently expired and I am looking to bulk up but I can't renew my gym membership so here is my question to all of you: can I build muscle using bodyweight exercises?
This is a routine that I have devised and you can critique it to see if I can reach my goals with a program like this. I would be doing:
-weighted dips
-weighted chinups/pullups
-handstand pushups
-hanging leg raises
-single leg squats
-inverted rows(basically this is a type of row that you grab a waist high bar and you lay on the ground, grab the bar and row your body towards it untill your chest touches it)
anyways I would be doing 3 sets of 8-10 reps, 3 times a week.
Also I will be having a calorie surplus of about 500-600 calories and the usually bulking diet. What do you think of this routine??

I think that you can absolutely build muscle with this workout. Remember that when you are doing exercise like the ones you described the weight that you are lifting your entire body weight. IMO, you can get better results doing exercises like these than you can with weights at the gym. Good luck
