On my computer I'm using Norton which seriously pisses me off by the way..

And on the laptop I have WindowsLiveOneCare which I like better. As far as which works better I have no idea.. haha.

why don't you take the WindowsLiveCare to your computer ?? If it's better than Norton Now I use Avast! it is too an good antivirus and I like them for his good work on my computer )) :D ;)
