Pet Peeves

I have a few pet peeves that really set me off, but I think my biggest one is what I call the "empty box" syndrome. This is when someone uses the last of something and puts the empty container back on the shelf verses just tossing it into the garbage. This is worse in my book than not replacing what you have used up, because it makes me think there is something in there and then it's a let down when I find the container empty. A similar peeve of mine is when someone uses all but the last of something but doesn't leave enough for one portion, just finish it off...and then throw out the container, of course.

There are a few things that really bother me. One thing is when people ask me what I am doing, when it is obvious what I am doing. If they just looked for about five seconds and saw what I was doing, then it would be obvious what I was doing. It would be one thing if they were standing on the other end of the room but when they are right next to me, it is very frustrating to say the least. Also people who give advice, but don't follow their own advice, that bothers me. I think they come across as hypocrites to say the very least. They come across as all high and mighty but the person who should be following the advice that they give above everything else is themselves. That just annoys me. Also people who ask a question but then interrupt you before you finish answering it, not bothering to listen to what you are saying. That is so stupid.

I hate it when the people that I am with at the movies constantly try to talk to me during the movie. I do not mind the occasional comment, but when it comes to the point that they are trying to initiate a conversation, I get upset. I paid seven dollars for the ticket to this movie and I plan on enjoying it. I am sure that I have a few more but none are really sticking out in my mind at the moment.

My pet peeves are bad spelling.. I don't mean typos.. but really bad spelling errors and those who deliberately MISSPELL, because they think it looks cute. it in fact makes you like you were too lazy to bother learning anything in English class. I also find REALLY SLOW drivers annoying.. most especially when I am stuck behind them. I have more.. but for now that will do- I don't want to sound like a whiner..LOL

hmm.. pet peeves. i do not like conceit in people and those who do not walk the talk. i hate people who do not respect others. i hate people who bullies the meek and the kind. i hate it when people shout where they can talk mildly. etc etc

1. In debt, materialistic spendthrifts who whine about bailouts and CEO pay. 2. Mega commuters who whine about the price of gasoline. 3. People who live in big houses that complain about the price of electricity 4. Congested, stop and go traffic 5. People who cut through 2 or 3 lanes at the last moment to make an exit 6. People that borrow money and swear on their living mother's grave and then fail to pay me back 7. Underwater, needing bailout homeowners who have the gall to ask me when do I plan to buy cause I'm throwing money away on rent 8. People who text while driving
