The Best Ways To Keep Fake People Out Of Your Life (I hate fake people!)

Ever had a so-called friend who talked behind your back, but flashed the pearly-whites in your front? I sure have and I'm sure you have too. I have found a solution. This has been the most affective in my life so far.
1. STAY REAL!
You ever heard the saying "birds of a feather flock together"? Nothing is more true than this. Do NOT attempt to play fake people at their own game because they may end up liking you in some sick way. The best way to keep them out of your life is to remain real. Be YOURSELF. They can't stand it because they don't know how to do it.
2. NEVER EVER WARN ANYONE ABOUT THEM.
I know you probably want the best for your real friends but the best thing to do is to let them figure it out for themselves. Besides if your good friend is clinging on to this "plastic person" you probably need to hang out with someone else.
3. DON'T SHOW SIGN OF WEAKNESS.
This person is shady. We all know this. I also know that it is probably getting under your skin, but NEVER EVER EVVVVEEEEER show it. This will confuse them. They're used to being the center of attention and stiring up trouble and drama. If you don't involve yourself they'll distance themselves from you.
4. NO 1-ON-1'S
How did he/she even get your cell number? Why are they on your facebook or twitter? Never communicate with this person one on one. Always have a good friend around to balance out the real vs. fake ratio. Otherwise you'll feel like crap.
5. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ALWAYS HAVING THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE!
This is the most IMPORTANT rule. Fake people are hurting. When they are by themselves and forced to think about their lives they are ashamed and depressed. I mean, how can a person be happy being anyone other than themselves? At the end of the day they aren't happy otherwise they'd feel comfortable being who they really are. You continue to be YOU. Even if you're having the worst day of your life. Use the fake person as a muse or focal point to enjoying your own life. When you feel down, it helps to think "Well atleast I'm not like (Fake person's name here)." Everything will work out as long as you stay true to yourself.
I hope these tips help you because they definitely have worked for me. I have a great group of real friends!

Good job posting the advice. I'm kinda feel like sometimes I don't know to have such a strong bond friendship with others. I do am wary of fake people. I have had people who i thought were friends but I don't consider them "Real true friends." I think I'm may be too naive when it comes to who is fake and what not. I do feel at times that I'm too nice of a person, I dunno.
Friendship to me seems difficult...it's just a phase...since I'm either blah or happy...
I'll keep your advice in mind and watch out for those Fakes.

There are a such thing as real friends. At the end of the day I only have 3 real friends. I'd rather have one real friend than 100 fake ones. Your real friends will come along. Don't worry. :)
