I think crunches, biking, and walking are good ways to tone your stomach...

regular cardio exercise and limited intake of fatty foods and foods rich in carbohydrates. More proteins would be better

Exercise, waist cincher, or take the easy and expensive way out with a tummy tuck.

lay on the floor and put your legs and head up about 2 inches from the ground and then start patting the ground with both of your hands.

You can't really reduce the fat on one part of your body. You can exercise your stomach area (sit-ups, crunches) to strengthen and tone the muscle, but to get rid of the fat you'll need to lose weight and reduce fat throughout your body. Probably you'll need to eat less and exercise more. Weight training can also help, because bigger stronger muscles will burn more calories, even when you're at rest--even watching TV!
