How do you improve yourself?

If at one point i fail my task, i try to think what did i do wrong. then of course it think of ways to improve how i did my task. and if ever given a chance, i will of course apply what i learned and do my task again.

to improve myself, i do things that i have never done before. like ion work, when i am given a task, if i am not that fully aware of the one given to me, i try to make it a point to learn it on my own.

your question is quite vague and very general. anyway in whatever aspect it may be, i always try to have a vision of how i want the outcome of my actions to be. then i put a lot of my faith in God, in myself, and in the people who will be around me. and with the belief that everything else will be made according to His plan, i put all my hard work and dedication so it will all go well. if everything else failed, i just listen to feedbacks from people. maintain the good ones and work on improving the negative. just accept graciously and take them positively.
