I believe that the nature of the human being is good and honest. But with the development of the society, people's value point is changing all the time. Today, more people regard money as the only standard. NO MONEY, you are unsuccessful.

As you say we suppress many of our instincts for the good of society and to preserve our social status. But it is only people who are able to adapt to changing social mores who are accepted. It is easy to give in to instincts, but difficult to cultivate refined habits.People who have contributed to the technological development of society are given a pride of place.I feel as the years go by with effort we will be in control of our instincts.
