How did islam came to israel?

it was one of the first mosques to be built and the farthest one too... it was the first Qibla (direction to which muslims pray) but now its the "Kaba".... Islam came to jurusalem when the romans and greeks used to live there, the greeks used to call it "the holy land"

Well, the foundations for it were laid in 705 CE, so it is pretty old, but it didn't look like it does now. It is beautiful by the way!
